Mount Eliza Aged Care
C.A.C.E Services is pleased to announce we have been awarded the communications services for the Mount Eliza Aged Care consisting of a Commscope Category 6A communications infrastructure and fibre optic backbone.
The new 14,192m2 double story aged care facility comprises a one-level basement, lower ground floor, ground floor, and level 1 incorporating 141 beds, cinema, gym and substantial outdoor areas.
We would like to thank Teknocorp for engaging C.A.C.E Services to complete the communications infrastructure and look forward to working with them on this project.
ANZ Bank Project Showcase
C.A.C.E Services recently completed the new retail branch fit out concept at ANZ Balwyn and are proud of the result of our team’s effort and the collaboration with the Lend Lease team.
The project involved the lighting, power and communications services to the new branch fit out and I am sure you would agree it breaks the mould of a traditional look bank branch and provides a stunning space for clients and staff.

Le Meridien
C.A.C.E Services is pleased to announce we have been awarded the communications services for the Le Meridien Hotel consisting of a Molex Category 6A communications infrastructure and fibre optic backbone.
Marriott International are re-launching the colourful Le Meridien Hotel brand in Australia within the former Palace Theatre, at the top end of Bourke St in Melbourne. The hotel will feature 235 keys, a 90-seat dining restaurant, 210sqm of function space, bars and a heated swimming pool and will be characterised by the brand’s European mid-century style.
Perfectly situated amidst art galleries, boutiques and bistros, Le Méridien Melbourne will be located near the city’s cultural centre, fronting the Bourke/Spring Street tram stop and a stone’s throw from Victoria’s Parliament Square. The 12-story hotel converted from an existing low-rise building will draw inspiration from both the brand and the light, airy and modern nature of the coastal capital of the southeastern Australian state of Victoria.

Albert Street Project Winner 2020 Masters Builders Awards
C.A.C.E Services is proud to be associated with Maben on this project that recently won the Master Builders Excellence in Construction Commercial Buildings $15M-$20M.
The project involved the design and construct of a seven-level office building incorporating extensive suspended and feature lighting, KNX Lighting Control, power, security and NBN services.
We would like to thank Maben and Cremorne Properties for the opportunity to be involved on a building of this calibre and look forward to future opportunities together.

C.A.C.E Services is pleased to announce we have been awarded the communications services for the Xero Melbourne new headquarters in Hawthorn consisting of a Category 6A communications infrastructure and fibre optic backbone.
Xero was founded in Wellington NZ in 2006 and is a cloud-based accounting software platform for small and medium-sized businesses with offices in New Zealand, Australia, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong and South Africa. Xero’s products are based on the software as a service (SaaS) model and sold by subscription, based on the type and number of company entities managed by the subscriber, Its products are used in over 180 countries and as of 2019 has over 2 million global subscribers.

Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) Bundoora
C.A.C.E Services is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the electrical and communications contract for VCAT Bundoora consisting of a new single level fit out incorporating lighting, power and communications services.
The purpose of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) is to provide a low cost, accessible, efficient tribunal with a focus on dispute resolution and can also help with owners corporations, reviewing government or other organisations’ decisions or appointing a guardian for a relative or friend.
We are excited to be given the opportunity to work with the client on this third recent project which follows on from the CSV Oakleigh fit out in 2019 and the VCAT Frankston Project mid this year.
We look forward to working with JLL on another successful project.
BP David Jones
C.A.C.E Services is pleased to announce we have been awarded the BP David Jones conversions at Caroline Springs and Merrifield consisting of lighting and power for these extensive retail store renovations.
The partnership combines David Jones Food’s exclusive, high-quality product range with BP’s global expertise in convenience retailing and national footprint, giving customers access to locally sourced, ready-made meals and other fresh, quality offers at selected BP sites.
We look forward to working with Arden Group to successfully complete the two projects over the next couple of months.
