C.A.C.E Services is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the contract for the electrical infrastructure for the new Kennards self storage in Thomastown. The project consists of lighting and power services that will convert an existing 7,700 square meter retail building and add 2 new buildings on the property that when complete the storage centre will have approximately 8,000 square meters of rentable space and 850 storage units.

Each storage space will be individually alarmed and customers will have access 24 hours every day of the year. The centre will also offer hardstand space to store caravans, boats and other RV’s. Kennards Self Storage is one of the pioneers of the industry, they where the first to open Self Storage centres in Australia and have since successfully implemented a range of industry changing initiatives and have over 81 locations in Australia & New Zealand. The Thomastown centre will be typical of Kennards Self Storage high standards and will offer residents and businesses a superior choice for their storage.
